The new Ipad Mini + the Price in Nigeria

The iPad mini was announced yesterday as expected, and it is a super impressive piece of hardware. The smaller iPad retains much of the charm of its larger sibling, thanks to design decisions that make the most out of a much smaller physical footprint, and you’ll be amazed at how light it is.

The device has a nice finishing touch that makes a very nice feeling in the hand. The weight is really the most impressive part, though – Just like iPhone 5, but to an even greater degree, the iPad mini feels almost weightless when compared to its predecessors.

Apps on the mini have the usual fast, smooth feel. But the best part is that there won’t be an update curve as there was for the iPhone 5 or iPad with Retina display, since it retains the same resolution of the original iPad. The camera is also completely usable for walk around casual shooting, something that will please the growing number of yoruba people who seem to want to use a tablet as their camera at parties.

In the US, prices for the Wi-Fi iPad Mini start at $329, and continue through $429 to $529 for the 32GB and 64 GB versions, respectively. If we are to convert this to Nigerian Naira, it means the Wi-Fi iPad mini will cost around N55, 000, N70, 000, N85,000 for the 16GB, 32GB and 64GB versions respectively.

The Wi-Fi + 3G iPad Mini, will cost $459, $559, $669 for the 16GB, 32GB and 64GB versions respectively which means you might get the 16GB, 32GB and 64GB versions of the Wi-Fi+3G iPad mini for N75, 000, N90, 000, and N110,000 respectively.

But note that the iPad Mini is not yet available as at the time of publishing in Nigeria.

+ (But trust 9ja guys they must add transport fair on top... So just budget like 15k on the Estimated price)

Keep Scrolling for reason why I think you should get the iPad Mini
